Job Opportunities: All-in-One Entertainment Center Worker

We are looking for all-around customer service associates, who will be trained in all types of roles in the center and wear many different hats on different days.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service / Cashier: Greet guests and answer their inquiries.
  • Party Host: Organize and host parties and events, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
  • Cook / Server: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including snacks and light meals. Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Technician / Maintenance : Assist with technical issues related to arcade games, attractions, and equipment and the facility.
  • Custodial: Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including restrooms, dining areas, and arcade spaces.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills and Food handling/safety knowledge (training will be provided)
  • Previous experience in customer service or the food service industry is a plus
